M.A.L.I. Neuro-Somatic Practice

Personalised, evidence-based therapy and somatic integration to support trauma recovery, nervous system regulation, and emotional wellbeing.

My approach

I am deeply committed to supporting adults, children and families who have experienced trauma, loss, life transitions and emotional challenges. My work is informed by nearly two decades of experience, alongside training in educational science, clinical psychology and cognitive neuroscience.

I walk alongside my clients through life's challenges, offering a compassionate space where experiences can be explored, strengths rediscovered, and meaningful change nurtured. My work is shaped not only by professional training, but also by a deep respect for the resilience of the human spirit and the realities people face as they navigate challenge, change and healing.

A Safe and Reflective Space

I offer a thoughtful and compassionate space where you can explore life's challenges, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with your own strengths.

Sessions are available in person in Walsall on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, as well as online and by telephone for greater flexibility.

I also offer Outdoor Walk & Talk Therapy, giving you the opportunity to walk, breathe and reflect in a calming natural environment.
